Benefits of using moringa on skin
Prevent skin damage & slow down ageing: Moringa is rich in antioxidants – including Vit A, B and C – and these offer great remedies for skin cell damage, which is increasingly caused by stressors like pollution and radiation. Moringa leaf powder can be used topically on the face and skin to help prevent radical damage to the skin and also to prevent wrinkles.
Improve skin smoothness: Moringa powder masks and paste can also help reduce and prevent blemishes and help build an even skin tone.
Reduce acne: Since consuming Moringa powder is also said to help purify blood and get rid of unwanted toxins, it can also subsequently help with pimples and acne which are often a sign of accumulation of toxins in blood. The mask can also help rub off dead skin.
Boost natural collagen: Moringa also boosts the skin's natural collagen formation as it is very rich in vitamin C. Balanced collagen development supports the skin’s ability to self-repair as well.
Great for oily and dry skin: Moringa’s nutrient rich profile means it can not only help protect the skin, but also help repair it. This helps reduce inflammation, which could otherwise lead to a more oily skin. It is equally helpful dry skin as it contains vitamin B which is a natural humectant which draws water to the skin’s outer layer.
