Moringa is almost like water in a sense. It has multiple benefits and can be consumed in many ways, each serving a different purpose. You can drink it, rub it on your skin or use it on your hair.

Eating or drinking Moringa

If this is your first time having Moringa powder, here’s a quick guide to acquaint you with the many ways in which you can consume and enjoy it.

For starters, our favourite way of having it is one tea spoon of Moringa powder with some honey and lemon in cold water. You could also have it warm water.

Some other ways of consuming Moringa include:

  • Add a teaspoon to chaach or curd.
  • Use as garnish for vegetables, lentils
  • Use it in your chutney
  • Sprinkle over soup or omelettes
  • Try some Moringa nimbu paani (simple nimbu paani with a teasppon of moringa powder)
  • Moringa powder can also be sprinkled into smoothies, yogurts, and juices.

Keep in mind:

Everything in excess is not good, so is also the case with moringa. It is suggested to limit consumption to a maximum of 2 tablespoons of moringa powder a day.
